Engaging Classes at Thrive

Thrive Homeschool Co-op offers both core and elective classes for all ages in Kindergarten through High School. Each year we survey our members to compile a list of course suggestions as well as recruit lead and assistant teachers. Just to give you a feel for the type of classes we offer, below is a sampling of past, current and future class offerings at Thrive. Classes are subject to change each year based on teacher availability and student needs.

DO YOU ISSUE GRADES?

For students taking high school level courses, we issue grades using Canvas so that parents can count classes on their student's high school transcript.

HOW MANY CLASSES MAY I CHOOSE FOR MY CHILD?

Once current teachers and the Board have chosen which classes will be offered for the new school year, we will publish those classes to current and new incoming members. Each Thursday, there are three (or four) classes periods and a lunch/recess period. So you may choose three (or four for MS/HS) classes, one for each period, for each child. We offer each class for the entire year, September to April.
